Where do I park?
+There's a large lot right out front, and it's free.
How should I style my hair for my appointment?
+Curly clients: Please arrive with your hair freshly styled and fully dry. My cutting technique shapes your hair based on your natural curl pattern, so second-day hair won't work.
Hair restoration clients: Please wash your hair the day before and skip leave-in conditioner and styling products. Their scent and hold can interfere with the dermascope and skew your results.
Can I bring my children to my appointment?
+The salon is designed to be a calm, private space for relaxation and self-care. To keep it that way for every guest, I kindly ask that children not join appointments. Thank you for understanding.
What if I'm running late or need to cancel?
+Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or arriving 15+ minutes late, may result in a fee equal to the full cost of your scheduled service, even if you reschedule. This lets me give every guest the time and care their service deserves. Emergencies happen, and situations outside your control are considered case by case.
Why isn't styling included with scalp and hair restoration services?
